marvelous sick ever sinc Monday was senet & it taketh him every & every 3 or 4 hours boath in the day & night. & casteth all y^t he taketh. a Iaundes |would take nothīg but have my opinion|

Elisabeth Dayrell 2i y. also this gentlewomā craveth my Counsell for her w^ch is of 2i yere y^t had the greene sicknes but is well cured of it. but hath a litle sore on her leg of the bignes of a halpeny this halfe yeere.
