RN Iohn Richardson of newp 48 y. had a third ague a yere & better. 5 y sinc & neaver well sinc. & now sorely payned in his right leg w^thout any swelling a bad stomack short wynded was wont to bleed mutch. & is very faynt & reareth blood & did bleed mutch at nose is aguish red & thick. very extreme faynt & weake & did swound last sonday. eateth litle./ extreme short wȳded

RN M^r Bates of Maydes Mo\r/ton 3 months ill a full stomach. shortwȳded & sinc satterday last w^th great heat & fayntnes. back hot a flushing heate a flegmatick stomack march 15 ☾ h. 3. p m 1619
