RN Lewis Vppne 42. for {sic} in litle Brickwill. servant to M^r Fisher for an extreme payne about his navell y^t so payneth him y^t he can tak noe rest & four can scarc hold him down he casteth all vp & nothing will goe downward. very Costive & full of wind at the very navell. casteth vp his meate. Ap. 23. die ☾ h. 6. 15. p m. 1599. twice maried.

RN Agnes fisher of Newport servant to Foster the carier 23 yeres hath not her Courses & is swollen in her legs & hoven in \about/ her harte. & cannot take her winde at 11. 30. mi p m {sic}. 1599.

RN Iohn Trueman of Willing i9 come lāmas. hath a swellinge in his legs fallen downe lately w^thin this sennet his \belly & body/ was before swollen. he hath taken phisick this 4 yeres. & hath taken Drinkꝭ of many & of M^r Glover of Northampton. Drinkes losing him y^t hath had taken a diet losing Drinke for 3 days fasting & had 2 cakes & hath in a day. his excrementꝭ looke white & his face & eyes all yellowe but a fully faced youthe. 24 of Apr. die ♂ h. 9. 30 p m {sic}. 1599. cathed it w^th a wet & cold. faynt & feeble.

RN Barbery Totes |26 y| of servant to goody Farnell for muche shooting w^th greate paine in her legs from the knee vpward & swelleth {nxt} {sic} sometimes in her backe best when shee is in her bed Apr 30 die ☾ h. 7. 15. ant. m. 1599.

RN Thomas Gardner of Dunsanger of 62 yeres old y^t pissed blood & was mended by the herbꝭ y^t I sent him in a receipte. sinc y^t time had on Waly who hath w^th his Clisters Done him litle good but is swollen in his belly w^c is growen very harde. & mutch payned in his share & can make but a litle water halfe a sponefull at a time would knowe wheath^r leekly to die or live. went not to ground sinc munday last about 12 a clocke sent to me this 18 of Apr. die ☿. h. 7. ant m 1599 burneth in his yarde.

RN Iohn Brookes 24 yeres a batcheler: servant to goodmā Sympson spitteth bloode & hath a hie colour payned vnder his side hath a cough. feareth a plurisye. Apr. 23 die ☾ h. 8. 30. m. p m {sic}. 1599 a very good water but very mutche.

RN Iohn Steven M^r Barkers man. 30 yeres old troubled w^th a drie hisking cough & a drines in his throate Apr. 2. die ☾ h. 10. 8 m. p m {sic} 1599.

RN Margery Clarke a midwife of Stony stratford for a great swelling in her thiges & bo legs y^t on may see her face in it & so striketh vp to her harte ready to stop &|h|er winde. the bell went for her yesterdaye hath a great scouring this on her & hath had it a longe time.

RN Thomas Williams 30 yeres old at Wootton Vnderwoode hath a face swollen on the left syde a sive maker of a good couler: {f} {sic} yellow beard & bloody face. hath had it a yere. some call it St Germanes evill. he hath had it this yere & halfe. came to me to holpen {sic} by gods grace this 6 of Apr. being good friday die ♀. h. 7: 3 45. 1599.

RN Frauncis Engolsby of Lenborowe. {illeg}|a|bout i0. sick this 5 weekes weddensday or thursday next keepeth his bed ever sinc almost & could nev^r goe fath^r sent his water by his master.
