RN Iohn Trueman of Willing i9 come lāmas. hath a swellinge in his legs fallen downe lately w^thin this sennet his \belly & body/ was before swollen. he hath taken phisick this 4 yeres. & hath taken Drinkꝭ of many & of M^r Glover of Northampton. Drinkes losing him y^t hath had taken a diet losing Drinke for 3 days fasting & had 2 cakes & hath in a day. his excrementꝭ looke white & his face & eyes all yellowe but a fully faced youthe. 24 of Apr. die ♂ h. 9. 30 p m {sic}. 1599. cathed it w^th a wet & cold. faynt & feeble.

RN Sara Moore of Venny stratford dwelt in newport w^th m on Cromwell hath had a great cough. short winded & sweateth. hath had the cough a great while. of 11 yeres old. may the 7 die ☾ h. 3. 15. p m. 1599. shee scoureth mutch. in her hed & belly.

RN at this time Mary Pen of Straford sent me her water. w^ch was full of motes & scales & had gravell in the bottome. her former phisick I gave her wrought vpward. hath a great gydines at in her heade hart feeble bellye.

RN Dorothy Dēnet 19 y. of husband Crawly had nev^r her flowers was wonderfully peaned her head & stomacke & nowe in the bottome of her belly ever sinc the phisick I gave her god be praysed for it. came agayne for more physick Ian. 30 die ☿ h. 9. 30. ant m. 1600 with a greeping maketh her very sick
