RN Andrewe foddy of Stony Stratford. 40 yeres. never maried. a glover. very sick & keepeth his bed sick this 5 or 6 days so faynte & feble about y^e harte. 27 Marcij die ♂ h. 2. 45. mi. p. m.

RN An Miller of Newport. 30 yeres old married to a husband y^t maketh leape enquireth a remedy for her disease Septemb. 16 die ♄. h. 9. 55 ant. m. 1598. hath bene very sick this fortnight & keepeth her bed. 1598 & cannot stir but as she is helpen. a longe scouring and a palsy white water a bad hed.

RN Raynold Davyes of the glover of Stonystratford sent his boy w^th his water keepeth his bed most of all but sometimes riseth vppon the 11 of novemb^r it took him first, but was very ill handled w^th it vppon die ☉ sent his boy to me for my consell this 16 of novemb die ♃ h. 8. ant m. 1598 he thincketh he took it w^th a bruise he took w^th the caring of hides a yere since. 40 yeres old.

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnstyn 63|7|. {sic} 67. hath bene sick on weddensday last 6 weekes sound in body but bursten this 16 weekes. he was wont to be troubled w^th a wind Cholick. nowe last of l {sic} all w^th an issue on his navell eaten in an Inche deepe but nowe growen vp againe saving that it hath a litle hole in it w^c when they went to stoppe it put him in danger of death. sent his sonne to me he kepeth his bed nowe & then payned in his back & pricking & shooting in his navell {virs} an end. bleedeth every foote & wetteth a handkerchir. RN Iohn Burton of Cosgrave for his disease a boy of 9 yeres old kept his bed ever sinc tuesday. voyded wormes payned in chest belly & hart a stitch vnd^r his right \side/ a very hie coloured youth w^th the vexation y^t was pale before. all swollen frō the face to the granes. made no water sinc thursday. at 25 of March. die ☉ h. 6: 8. p. m 1599

RN Elisabeth Rowle Sowle of Lowton 50 yeres old sick first began to be sicke vppon the 3 of Octob. cam at night came t sent her husband to me shee hath bene full of ache a long time & hath kept her bed ever since Octob. 11 die ☿ h. 7. 45. 1598
