RN Iohn Thorpe of Newport for him selfe very well for ought aman {sic} might ceave by his face of a pale {Colour} Decēb 27. die ☿ d h 9. 30. ant m 1598 diseasd this 7 or 8 yeres water yellow but Curded. 1598. troubled mutch w^th spitting.

RN \Will: Lovely./ An old man of Newp. for his disease. Ascens. day 1598 die ♃. h. 1.^a p. merid he hath a great greeping about his harte.

RN Goody Numan 40 yeres old of Brodwell shee hath had a disease a long time si shee hath a swelling in her legs & hath bene short winded a long time |Aug. 20 die ☉ h. 9|

RN Anthony Smithe of 60 yeres of havershā is troubled w^th a very sore laske. for this 2 dayes & hath brought him very loe enquireth a remedy for his Disease. the 16 of Septemb. 15 die ♄. h. 8. 22. ant m. 1598.¹

RN Iohn Persivall of 56 yeres \of Buckingham./ of 56. complayneth of his head & hart & stomack & would fayne have some ease. Sept. 7. 40. {sic} & hath bene sick in this disease for this 6 weekes. & this 3 yeares & maketh his stomack swell 1598. die ♃ h. 7. 40. ant m.

RN Margaret Tarelton \Thorne/ the wife of Will Tarelton a tealer \of Newport./ 40 yeres old 16 yeres maried sick & hath had her disease growing vppon her this 12 monets {sic} & better quærit novemb. it taketh her every foote. Novemb. 13 die ☾. h. 12. 6. mi 1598. shee was so weak shee could not come but sent her servant mead it ariseth from her hart vpward to her throot ready to stop her winde

RN Agnes Miller of 45. yeres old hath had an old Desier Disease as shee thincketh of the winde cholick ready to stop there winde lieth at her harte this every daye of the weeke. the rūning. of the reanes

August the 12 die ♄ h. post m ant m. 8. 34 mi for Agnes Miller who hath bene troubled w^th the rūning of her reanes & so also her husb: for the space of this 4 yeares & her mother w^th the winde cholick. whiles she had her termes shee was a sound woman but sinc never having thē shee hath bene mutch distempered w^th the rūning of the reanes

RN Alce Denton of haversham 36. maried this 10 yeres 3 children last childe had a yere & more agoe feareth lest shee have taken a cold w^th a nurcing child an old Disease ever since shee was a servant a great payne at her harte, doth vomit ever sinc shee was maried {b} twice or thrice in a yere but very mutch this last weeke & never well vntill shee have it vp, els very sicke. a pert woman. sent to me by her husband this 17 of Decēb. die ☉. 9 – 18.. 1598.. best a bed.

RN Iames Greenewood of water eaton Doct^r Sparkꝭ tennet {sic} 50 yeres old. complayneth of his of h an old dysease of his harte now well & lusty but not long sinc almost ded in it. troubled w^th a stitch on his right side & cometh over his hart ready to swounde. very cold w^th it. of a high colour. stuffed in his Chest y^t he can scarce tak his winde quærit Decēbr. 2. die ♄. h. 10. 15. mi. 1598. his hart trembleth muday {sic} last sick lame.

RN Mres Blundell enquireth what is good for her Disease shee is pulled as it were in peeces hart belly sides & swollen in her stomach y^t & worse after she hath eaten or Drunken weake & feble in her body & knees. Aug. 28. die ☾ h. 5. 28 mi p. m shee shaketh & trembleth body {neck} & {yoin}tꝭ

RN Will: Seere of haversham. 53 yeres old sitteth vp by the fier, very stiffe & hardly to {ground} onc in 24 houres complayneth of his body & lims & legs most in on of his sides all over his left syde ever sinc March last: first amisse not able to goe over the Dore threshall. sinc Alhalloutide. sent his wife to me Decēb. 21. die ♃. h. 12. 45. 1598. on of his legs the left wonderfully swelled. a very diseased body & hath had a greate cough.¹
