Complained of Cramps & weaknes ouer all his body. face, Armes legs were swelld, now thanks be to God are not. was the payne in his back doth not so much trouble him as before his loosenes stayd vpon those things I gaue as Clysters & Cordialls. now his loosenes hath taken him agayne desires something yt may stay it. vryne a little higher yen it hath bin this 3 dayes, no slu{ff}y Sediment, nor so much troubled with the Gonorrhæa as before Laus deo.
Desires at this tyme something for Cough & loosenes.

Who hearinge of a Chymist yt Liued wth ye Earle of Arundell went to him & consulted wth him touching his disease, vpon his relation how it was wth me held him, he resolued him it was a Catarrhous humor wch if it were in short tyme remedyed would end in a Palsey or some such cold disease.
THe {sic} Chymist would giue him a powder or two, yt shall giue him the one a vomitt thother a purge & afterwards would giue him a Pill yt shall by degrees dry vp that humor in his head & keepe his body solluble also.
