RN at this time Tedders wife told me her husband troubled w^th the rūning of the reanes.

RN Rich. Risely of Willing 2 yeres old. the fortnight after Chr|E|sterday ☉ morning about 3 a clock morning troubled by fits. especially the 18 of Decēb. after noone it wull {sic} fall Downe & crye & tak hold of any thing. Richard Risely a very feare child & of a goodly cōplexion was borne 1597. the 10 of Aprill. die ☉ h. 3. ant m. 1597. came to me Decēb. 29 die ♀ – h. 9. 30. cū vxore et filiolo. borne at willing.

RN M^r Blundell enquireth what his disease the cause therof & the remedy & he cōplayneth of the winde cholick & seemeth to be troubled w^th stone & strangury. August the 12 die ♄. h. 8. ant m. 1598.

RN William Smithe \of haversham./ of 30 yeres maried vnmaried supposeth he hath taken a cold he now walketh vp & downe Sept 13 die ☿ h. 8. ant m. 1598.

RN George Shurdley of haversham 25 yeres old fell sick vppon friday night. v at 8 at night but afterwards grue sicke that night sent to me this i of Octob. 1. die ☉ h. 7. 39. m. ant m. of a high colour & complexion his moth^r feareth a plurisie he is extreeme sicke. 1598. in all his body sick & lims extreeme hot & yet not Drye

RN Agnes Miller of 45. yeres old hath had an old Desier Disease as shee thincketh of the winde cholick ready to stop there winde lieth at her harte this every daye of the weeke. the rūning. of the reanes

August the 12 die ♄ h. post m ant m. 8. 34 mi for Agnes Miller who hath bene troubled w^th the rūning of her reanes & so also her husb: for the space of this 4 yeares & her mother w^th the winde cholick. whiles she had her termes shee was a sound woman but sinc never having thē shee hath bene mutch distempered w^th the rūning of the reanes

RN Alce Denton of haversham 36. maried this 10 yeres 3 children last childe had a yere & more agoe feareth lest shee have taken a cold w^th a nurcing child an old Disease ever since shee was a servant a great payne at her harte, doth vomit ever sinc shee was maried {b} twice or thrice in a yere but very mutch this last weeke & never well vntill shee have it vp, els very sicke. a pert woman. sent to me by her husband this 17 of Decēb. die ☉. 9 – 18.. 1598.. best a bed.
