RN at this time Mary Pen of Straford sent me her water. w^ch was full of motes & scales & had gravell in the bottome. her former phisick I gave her wrought vpward. hath a great gydines at in her heade hart feeble bellye.

RN fayth Gibbes of Wicken 46. amisse in her sinewes cannot gripe any thing w^th her hands so feeble & weake sometimes in hir feete & knees all swollen & keepe there naturall colour. of a good cōplex. & light harte. sent to me this 26 of Ap. h. 9. 30. ant m. 1599. a great paine in her armes. could not cut her meate.

RN Will Roughead sent his water vnto me cōplayning of his chest princip & of the lightnes of his head Sept. 6 die ☿ h. 6. 50 m. ant m. 1598.

RN Goody Fisher sent her water to me to know what was good for her Aug. 14. die ☾ h. 7. 45 shee is troubled w^th the mother & was wont to swound w^th it very often. at 7. 30. 20.¹

RN Alce Phylip of Eaton 60 yeres old sick sinc St Steaphens day at night. betwixt 9 & 10 at night. sent to me being very weake this 1 of Ian 1599. troubled w^th a stitche vnder her side.

RN Margaret Tarelton \Thorne/ the wife of Will Tarelton a tealer \of Newport./ 40 yeres old 16 yeres maried sick & hath had her disease growing vppon her this 12 monets {sic} & better quærit novemb. it taketh her every foote. Novemb. 13 die ☾. h. 12. 6. mi 1598. shee was so weak shee could not come but sent her servant mead it ariseth from her hart vpward to her throot ready to stop her winde

RN Iohn Phylip sick ever sinc thursday being the 30 of Decēb \novemb/ sent to me agayne the 4 of Decemb sick very greevously in his hart & body he is swelled in his body from the belly vnto his hart. he is Costive & so hath cōtinued ever sinc thursday last & is very exceeding ill & weeke. Decēber. 4. \die ☾./ h: 9. 15. ant m. 1598 his hart \is good/ & his tonge talketh cheerf but his body swelled.

RN Goody Ashburnoure very sorely pained in her head light headed & swelled in her face very red. can take no sleepe nor rest. sent to me. may 4. die ♀. h. 5. 48. mi ant m 1599 hath not had her couses {sic} this two yeres. bledeth nowe & then at the nose.

RN M^r {sic} Charels Tutcher Charles at Stonystratford at the swan of 2 neckes. 45. sick this fortnight. sonewhat {sic} Costive shee doth bleede & is very mutch stuffed in her chest can scarce tak her winde. ready to sound a grosse & fat woman. sent a poer woman.
