RN Susan White of broughton Mres Andrewes servante 18 y. febr. 28 for the swelling & breaking out of her legs. die ♃ h. 1. p m. 1600

RN Harry Goodin taken lame in his left leg not swollen he cannot styrre his right side. in his leg & huck bone he layd in the fild Downe & being hote tooke a colde. this day or monday was sennet 17 d 16 last Christmas eve. 1598. pater  filio et filius oravit patrē. vt me consulet  morbo. Octob. 29 die ☉ h. 1. 1598. it took him in the fild as if it were prickt with nales. he cryeth out whē it is touched.

RN Michael Walker of winsloe 18. march 23 die ☾ hor. 12. p {sic} 1601 for a swelling in his legs & hands right hand swelled & so is caried in his arme feete & toes.

Elisabeth Dayrell 2i y. also this gentlewomā craveth my Counsell for her w^ch is of 2i yere y^t had the greene sicknes but is well cured of it. but hath a litle sore on her leg of the bignes of a halpeny this halfe yeere.

RN Iohn Trueman of Willing i9 come lāmas. hath a swellinge in his legs fallen downe lately w^thin this sennet his \belly & body/ was before swollen. he hath taken phisick this 4 yeres. & hath taken Drinkꝭ of many & of M^r Glover of Northampton. Drinkes losing him y^t hath had taken a diet losing Drinke for 3 days fasting & had 2 cakes & hath in a day. his excrementꝭ looke white & his face & eyes all yellowe but a fully faced youthe. 24 of Apr. die ♂ h. 9. 30 p m {sic}. 1599. cathed it w^th a wet & cold. faynt & feeble.
