RN Mr Stone of Shenly may 3 h {sic} hor 7 ant m 1623 long tyme payned in his head. & mutch melancholy hath vsed many means & neaver the better. small drink & wyne & very stronge drink causeth prsently hed ach. if he eate & drink not feeleth no sutch matter. it lyeth in ye foret of his
