RN he began to bleed Ap 10. . in the son then being an houre high h. 6. ant m 1618 he did spit blood first & then voyded about 2 quartes. & mended & then yesterday about 4. & 30 m p m he blead about a 2 quart{sic} always casting clottered blood & very black.
