RN The Lady Fisher sent to me to set her \the/ fig of her nativity to know wheathr she be not likely to die & to come to an vntymely Death. & so also her husbands & wheathr good for her to goe into Warwickshere now her children fearth some harre {sic} wil{illeg}|be| done to her by her husband Decēb 30 h. 1. 30 p m. 1623.

Intendeth to goe into warwick sherer by the begying of the next termes wth her husb. brother in lawe if no harme may come of it Terme begynneth Ian 23 .
