RN Edmund Hauckings of Newport 47|8| yeres old came to me reasonable well for ought I could ceave amisse & not sound in body any time 10 yees {sic} commonly at this time of the yeare but taketh him at Alhollantide & holdeth him vnto the springe of the yeare. came for my consell him selfe this 15 of Decembr die h. 9. 54. 1598. of a high reddish Colour of a black hed & beard. this disease hath greeved him a Chilly Cold in his hed.
