RN Agnes Miller of 45. yeres old hath had an old Desier Disease as shee thincketh of the winde cholick ready to stop there winde lieth at her harte this every daye of the weeke. the rūning. of the reanes

August the 12 die ♄ h. post m ant m. 8. 34 mi for Agnes Miller who hath bene troubled w^th the rūning of her reanes & so also her husb: for the space of this 4 yeares & her mother w^th the winde cholick. whiles she had her termes shee was a sound woman but sinc never having thē shee hath bene mutch distempered w^th the rūning of the reanes

RN Goodmā|dy| Nueman of Brodwell. of 45 yeres of age found mutch ease by y^t w^c phisick w^c was given her & wrought vpward & downeward w^th her & shee was very prety well after it for 2 or 3 days. &|b|ut st the thirde day after it tooke her agayne & she is mutch troubled w^th the winde cholick & w^th a hot & drye stomacke. & sent her daugh{t}{er} agayne to me. RN Ihone Hoddell of Newnton blossemf{or}|il|d 40 yeres old. Sept 28. die ♃. h. 11. 15. 1598 3 yeres sick. a quarter of an yere.

RN Ihone Miller a young woman newly maried snce {sic} alhalloutide somewhat sickly but goeth abroad would knewe {sic} wheath^r shee be w^th Child as shee supposeth. Octob. 4. die ☿ ♄ {sic}. 3. 20. not well this quarter of this yere. 41. maried a twelfemonth.

shee came at that time that M^res Rowe sent to me. vid⁊ at 1. 38. mi. but I spake not w^th her vntill 3. 30.

RN An Goodin of Emmerton maried about 48. sinc whitsontide ill at her hart & then her back ready to teare a {sic} her harte & exceeding thirsty & Drye. Octob. 5. die ♃ h. 2. it tooke her lame in her leg

RN Ihone Hull of Newport of 46 yees {sic} for the rising of her & greeping of her hart by fits shee hath had it a longe time: somewhat leek an impost ready to stop her wind & can hardly swallowe her spittle. Octob 5. die ♃. h. 3. {illeg}|5|0. p m. 1598. arising leeke the mother.

RN M^res Rowe came to Newport & sent Goodmā Cowly of Newport to request me to come vnto her for shee hath a sore legs exceedingly swollen & nothing broken out they glister. Octob. 9. die {☾} h. 11. 30.¹
