RN feb 29 \h 4. 30 p/ my lady was sorely vexed in her the fore te of her head about the top causing her ladyship to vomyt. hath had many fits therof sinc Iuly last yt she was brought a bed Iuly 20. \h. 4. 30 h 4. 30 {sic} ant m/. but had then a most violent fit & fyndeth most good by covearing her head wth a pillow made very hot
