RN Mathew Tedder of Newport at {M} 22^th of March next following {sic} of 39 at 22^th of March next following hath had a Disease following him any time this twellyeres. 9. 45|9| ant m Aug. 28 die ☾ h. 9. 45. {sic} 1598. he hath the rūning of the reanes w^c weakneth him so sore that he can scarce stand. his bac{k} exceeding ill. mutch troubled w^th it for this halfe yere.

RN William Downing \of filgrave/ of the his child Abigayle a yere & 3 quarters. old. very sick for 3 houre{s} when it taketh it at 2 a clock morning & at 12 it vomiteth whatsoever it taketh the Drinke & sucke it taketh & handleth very ill for the space of 3 houres Aug 27. die ☉ h. 3. 1598 quærit remediū it loketh pale as ashes at p philgrave.

Dece {sic} sent by M^r Oliv^r Barker. for his wife sister is her moth^r in frendship & kindred Doubteth wheath^r shee be bewitched & hath a canker in her tongue & tented shee hath an ill stomacke & spitteth putrifyed bloode. RN Alce White of Milton of 5i. at Candlemas a longe time ill by fits. & was had the stone cholick. 7 yeres since nowe in her lims share. harte. & legs back w^th a pricking. March 30 die ♀ h. 8. 15. 1599

RN Ione Barnwell of husb. Crowlye 26 y. 3 weekes married. but was ill ever since Christmas & was wont to bleede at the nose \& mouth/ mutch looketh ill & hath a drye cough & shaketh her very mutch. her wat^r of a very good colour. shortwinded.
