RN Vrsula Thorpe of Stony stratford 34 sick sinc mihelmas cōplayneth most of her mouth. & of a canker therin & had a tente keepeth nowe her bed this sennet & so did not of{illeg} sent her water by her frind Decēb. 23. die ♄. h. 11. 15. 1598.

RN Mary Nichols of Newport of 26 y. die {sic} Aug. 10. h. 10. 6. m. ant m enquireth what is good to take away the an arising in the l out of the chest ready to stop her throote.

RN Thomas Dudly nowe 5 yeres old next miklemas natus erat Sept 15. die ☉ h 1. p m. hath his health well & eateth his meate. about harvest last began to have a rising in his throte ready to stop his wind & speach in always when he beginneth to sleepe then it hath held him sinc miklemas the last time it tooke him it bete him on friday last. going to sleepe. ready to skreame & skrike in the fit.

RN Margaret Tarelton \Thorne/ the wife of Will Tarelton a tealer \of Newport./ 40 yeres old 16 yeres maried sick & hath had her disease growing vppon her this 12 monets {sic} & better quærit novemb. it taketh her every foote. Novemb. 13 die ☾. h. 12. 6. mi 1598. shee was so weak shee could not come but sent her servant mead it ariseth from her hart vpward to her throot ready to stop her winde

RN Iane Smithe 30 yeres old sc of haversham sick this sennet. scoureth mutch this 2 days. Dry, will nothing mouth sore water high coloured. well blooded woman Novemb. 30. die ♃ h. 9. 1598. h. 9. 18. m. ant m. 1598. a stitch vnder her right side. shee sucketh her child mutch payne in her hed & cannot sleepe.

RN Iohn Phylip sick ever sinc thursday being the 30 of Decēb \novemb/ sent to me agayne the 4 of Decemb sick very greevously in his hart & body he is swelled in his body from the belly vnto his hart. he is Costive & so hath cōtinued ever sinc thursday last & is very exceeding ill & weeke. Decēber. 4. \die ☾./ h: 9. 15. ant m. 1598 his hart \is good/ & his tonge talketh cheerf but his body swelled.

RN Clement Nash servant to Iohn Connyngham 22 yeres old tooke her first on tuesday night qu about 8 a clock at night a crick {sic} \ache/ in her baccke \& lims./ y^t maketh her stoope & goe Double. troubled w^th a great heate of her stomack y^t it maketh her lips to break out he {sic} first water made in y^e morning red. the next water of a reasonable good colour. the wench of a ruddy face well colourd & fat. quait {sic} remediū Decēb. 4. die ☾. h. 12. 15. mi. 1598. of Newport

RN vrsula Thorpe of Stony stratford keepeth the bull. hipwell vnkle vnto Thorpe 32 yeres old sick ever sinc mikelmas goeth abroade. Dece {sic} sent by M^r Oliv^r Barker. for his wife sister is her moth^r in frendship & kindred Doubteth wheath^r shee be bewitched & hath a canker in her tongue & tented shee hath an ill stomacke & spitteth putrifyed bloode. RN M^res Blundell sent to me to come to Her daughter Susan about 12 yeres old who layd speechles for a weeke & after wardꝭ spak a worde or two. who h is troubled day & night w^th diverse fittꝭ & hath falleth often & nowe hath no vse of hed necke legs handꝭ or {sic} an but only of her eyes & yet eateth & hath a good colour. 1598 Ian die 20. die ♀ h: post merid. 1. 45.
