RN Hugh Tomson filio williā qui graviter ægrotat who he supposeth to be taken or planet stroken because he is so sorely handled wth it in his chest & syde and & {sic} cannot to ground & \nor/ make water. he could not sleepe all this last night. Novēber. the 9 die h. 6 9 ant m. 1598.

RN William Tomson of 12 yeres on a friday a moneth afore Miklemas quærit valde ægrotat ventre. 6 of novemb. it tooke him on 2 of novemb. die in the morning. he it cometh & taketh him by fits & & {sic} ariseth vp in his stomack he could not take his meate. but would vomit vp but yt is stayd & troubleth his hed but most his belly burneth wonderfully cannot eate. Novemb. 6. die h. 1{2}|0|. ant m. 1598. cū filij consensu. h. 10. 30.1
