RN Harry Bennet a maried man this 12 yeres sick this moneth yet walketh abroad M^r Hipwells servant hath bene troubled with blood he hath vomited it vpw & downward. Decēb. 4 die ☾. h. 1. 38

RN Iohn Malins borne the 29 of Septemb. die ♃. h. 4. p m. 30. p m. 1597. a twin & the eldest his broth^r died.

RN Iohn Bynion natus 1595. die ☾ 29 septēb. h 2. 30. ni. {sic} p m. 1595. troubled exceedingly w^th hed ache. & will eate but litle.

RN Ihone Smith came for her daught^r at 1{1} 12 & 45.

RN Harry Windmill at 4 for the palate falling y^t had allmost killed him by stop his wind

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnsen very sick last night & vexed w^th the wind cholick but some what mended the elect of ros wrought the other wrought not at all enquireth wheathr {sic} he {s}ha{ll} live. 21 of Decēb. die ♃. h. 8. 9. 1598

RN Alce Denton sent her husb againe very sick cold her water very white full of scales & motes boath there waters.

RN Iohn Smithe sent to me & his man came to Stanton where I then was for he was extreeme sick & very leekly to dye the 2{illeg}|8| of decemb: 1598 a {sic} betwixt 1 & 2

RN Old Risely sent to me about 10 ant m Decemb. 28.

RN Rich. Risely of Willing 2 yeres old. the fortnight after Chr|E|sterday ☉ morning about 3 a clock morning troubled by fits. especially the 18 of Decēb. after noone it wull {sic} fall Downe & crye & tak hold of any thing. Richard Risely a very feare child & of a goodly cōplexion was borne 1597. the 10 of Aprill. die ☉ h. 3. ant m. 1597. came to me Decēb. 29 die ♀ – h. 9. 30. cū vxore et filiolo. borne at willing.
