RN Edward Newnton sick this 14 weekꝭ of Stony stratford a weaver hart & everywhere sick pined & yet eatet skin & bone. & yet will eate any thing. 60 yeres old. faynt. hard bound {illeg}|y|et onc in 24 houres. feareth lest he be b{edr}ed a drie coughe. this 8 yeres. RN Thomas Williams 30 yeres old at Wootton Vnderwoode hath a face swollen on the left syde a sive maker of a good couler: {f} {sic} yellow beard & bloody face. hath had it a yere. some call it St Germanes evill. he hath had it this yere & halfe. came to me to holpen {sic} by gods grace this 6 of Apr. being good friday die ♀. h. 7: 3 45. 1599.

RN Frauncis Engolsby of Lenborowe. {illeg}|a|bout i0. sick this 5 weekes weddensday or thursday next keepeth his bed ever sinc almost & could nev^r goe fath^r sent his water by his master. Aprill 7. die ♄. h. 5. 45. m p m. 1599 cannot take his wind lyeth on his left syde but cannoot {sic} on his right syde.
