\vomitts what she taketh/ hath not bin well since it thunderd & lightend when she came from Stoke goldinge on th{e} Sunday y^t it lightend & thunde{red} so much.

it first tooke her w^th sorenes in her throate

body Costiue. Vryne very thin & frothy, & cleere. hath bin married these 9. y. no child.

RN Rich Vmny otherwise Carter. about 3 quart^rs of a yere sick & taketh his hart thenc ariseth to his chest ready to stop his winde. rattle in his throote w^th fleume & water & a great aking of his hart & the bones of his arme. cannot take his winde so stopped in his chest & stomack the 16 of March. die ♀. h. 7. 10. 1599.
