a Smyth in London in cow lane on Hopkins opened the drūps of his ears & once in a yere & tooke out black coarns & then heard but sinc cometh agayne & is troubled wth a continuall n hissing & buzzing

telleth me yt Sr Iohn vnderhill continueth deafe & cānot heare at all. craveth my poer prayers.

Intendeth to goe to her mothers to see wheather the fresh ayer will recoaver him for no physick doth him good

I told her yt she should be ill the 3 of Iune sep a ap et post sep a ap ap {sic} & about h 11: at night was likely to be choaked wth a pill yt was given her to keepe her from swounding
