RN Ione Coxs. of Nash. of 70 yeres old. sick this fortnigh {sic} greeved in her hips as a bloode & cannot rest had a shaking & greeveth mutch w^th it. a widow woman nev^r had Child.

RN M^res Mary Ber Burye of Cranfeild cane {sic} p sona may the 14 die ☾ h. 3. 15. p m. 1599. |of 52. y.| she was wont to fall downe as if shee had a dead palsye.

RN Harry Windmell of Linford for a lash w^ch hath bene on him ever sinc satterday w^c is as thin as water. & offreth 60 days times a dy {sic} & can do nothing. it lyeth in his stomacke. & maketh him forsak his meate. may the 18 die ♀ h. 6. 30 mi ant merd 1599.

RN Avis homan of 60 yeres many times kepeth her bed but nowe walketh & is often swelled & holdeth her as an ague. at the same time. her water red & thickish
