RN Mres Androwes of Broughton sent to me againe the 13 of decēb. die ☿ h. 9. 30 ant m. her former phisick I gave her wrought well w^th her. 1598. it cometh out of her mouth in great abundanc leeke cleare hot water.

RN M^res Potter of willing sent for her husb. w^th out his consent at 10. 10. ant m 1599 1600 cannot sleepe his water betwixt yellow & red thick leeke puddle. his stomack hot & his tounge scab & broken out & his head cannot move but as he is turned.

RN Vrsula Thorpe of Stony stratford 34 sick sinc mihelmas cōplayneth most of her mouth. & of a canker therin & had a tente keepeth nowe her bed this sennet & so did not of{illeg} sent her water by her frind Decēb. 23. die ♄. h. 11. 15. 1598.

RN Elisabeth Witsy of Newport 22 yeres maried her yongest child 2 yeres old & nowe greate w^th Child troubled in her hed most grevowsly ever sinc sunday last. was sennet betwixt 12 & 1. sent this 20 of March. die ♂ h. 10. ant m. 1599. shee loketh every day to be Delivered.
