RN Ione Norman of 15 yeres old sick this weeke. keepeth her bed & nowe is vp. sent her water w^ch is very yellowe. & thicke cōplayneth most of her left brest & harte. may the 7. die ☾. h. 8. 30 ant m. 1599.

RN Agnes Miller of 45. yeres old hath had an old Desier Disease as shee thincketh of the winde cholick ready to stop there winde lieth at her harte this every daye of the weeke. the rūning. of the reanes

August the 12 die ♄ h. post m ant m. 8. 34 mi for Agnes Miller who hath bene troubled w^th the rūning of her reanes & so also her husb: for the space of this 4 yeares & her mother w^th the winde cholick. whiles she had her termes shee was a sound woman but sinc never having thē shee hath bene mutch distempered w^th the rūning of the reanes

RN Goody Reede of Broughton 63. yeres old sick very extreme sick on satterday last leekely to have dien being the 7. of octob. & then recovered again & fell sick agayne vppon tuesday after. being the 10 of Octob. sent to me vppon thursday being the 12 of octob. it taketh all above the gyrdell first in the shoulders to the brest & so to the hart her sydes wher it so lyeth as that on may tak out thenc as shee thinketh 1598. h die ♃ h. 8. 30. mi. 1598.

RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. RN Ellen Foster sore sick ever sinc her childe cannot take no drinke meate vomiteth vp all y^t shee taketh cannot quench her thirst swollen very big in her legs. now stolen vp to her hart on weddensday shalbe three weekes her child borne w^th out all greefe but mutch payned before & after & nev^r had Child before sent a woman to me for her Decēb. 31. h. 8. 35 m. 1598
