RN Goody Reede of Broughton 63. yeres old sick very extreme sick on satterday last leekely to have dien being the 7. of octob. & then recovered again & fell sick agayne vppon tuesday after. being the 10 of Octob. sent to me vppon thursday being the 12 of octob. it taketh all above the gyrdell first in the shoulders to the brest & so to the hart her sydes wher it so lyeth as that on may tak out thenc as shee thinketh 1598. h die ♃ h. 8. 30. mi. 1598.

RN Iohn Woulhed of Woulverton troubled w^th a stitch in his side sent for phisick for his chest of w^c he greatly cōplayneth. Aug. 30. die ☿ h. 7. 33. 1598. 20 yeres old.

RN Iohn Phylip sick ever sinc thursday being the 30 of Decēb \novemb/ sent to me agayne the 4 of Decemb sick very greevously in his hart & body he is swelled in his body from the belly vnto his hart. he is Costive & so hath cōtinued ever sinc thursday last & is very exceeding ill & weeke. Decēber. 4. \die ☾./ h: 9. 15. ant m. 1598 his hart \is good/ & his tonge talketh cheerf but his body swelled.

RN M^r {sic} Charels Tutcher Charles at Stonystratford at the swan of 2 neckes. 45. sick this fortnight. sonewhat {sic} Costive shee doth bleede & is very mutch stuffed in her chest can scarce tak her winde. ready to sound a grosse & fat woman. sent a poer woman. RN Iohn Risely of Rawnstyn 63|7|. {sic} 67. hath bene sick on weddensday last 6 weekes sound in body but bursten this 16 weekes. he was wont to be troubled w^th a wind Cholick. nowe last of l {sic} all w^th an issue on his navell eaten in an Inche deepe but nowe growen vp againe saving that it hath a litle hole in it w^c when they went to stoppe it put him in danger of death. sent his sonne to me he kepeth his bed nowe & then payned in his back & pricking & shooting in his navell {virs} an end. bleedeth every foote & wetteth a handkerchir. Decemb. 18. die ☾. h. 8. 40: mi. 1598. goeth ill to ground

RN Agnes Harwood of Cosgrave 50 yeres payned in her legs & body. hoven in the neither side of her belly as it were an impostume very sicke w^thall & vomiteth vp every daye what serve {sic} shee taketh. sent to me this first of may. 8|h|or 8. 30|5|. p|a|nt m. 1599.

RN at this time Mary Pen of Straford sent me her water. w^ch was full of motes & scales & had gravell in the bottome. her former phisick I gave her wrought vpward. hath a great gydines at in her heade hart feeble bellye.
