RN Alce Buttyphant of Chichly borne a fortnight a fore Miklemas day on {sic} a tuesday on wedensday even about an houre or 2 after sonset pater  filio {sic} came to me almost dead on sct Thomas eve. troubled w^th the Chin cough.
