RN Rich Vmny otherwise Carter. about 3 quartrs of a yere sick & taketh his hart thenc ariseth to his chest ready to stop his winde. rattle in his throote wth fleume & water & a great aking of his hart & the bones of his arme. cannot take his winde so stopped in his chest & stomack the 16 of March. die ♀. h. 7. 10. 1599.
