RN Rives mead sickned al {sic} the 12 of Iuly die ☿ h p. m. 2^a & now keepeth her bed ever since master on da{y} goeth \went/ abroad. shee sent not but I set this of mine owne head.

RN at this time came on for fath^r & sonne & an {sic} old {illeg} old Barret for his sonne Thomas Barret who is servant to Iohn Smithe who hath bene sick ever sinc St Hugs Day.

RN Elisabeth Rigot 18 y. servant to Cowly the Butcher sick this fortnight cōplayneth most of her hed keepeth her bed ever sinc satterday her master sent w^thout her privity the 27 of feb. die ♂ h. 8. 20 1599.
