RN Rich. Williamson came agayne for his sicke child Aug 2. die ☿ h. 9. 26 mi. ant m.

RN Iohn Blundell came for my counsell because his eyes are dim & his face breaketh out the 13 of August. h. 1. 7. m. post m 1598. of 10 y

RN Susan Blundell had a fit about 1 post m. in my howse her moth^r demaundeth the cause therof & about that time it taketh her in the day time. & about 6 a clock at night. Aug. 20 die ☉ h 1. p m. 1598.

RN Elisabeth Honour of Woulverton about 26 maried this 2 or 3 yeres. shee is lunatick & hath not the vse of her wits. about 3 a clock in the after noone 26 of Septemb. die ♂ they cam to my howse but I was not at home they came agayne about 9. 15 in moring {sic} w^th her consent

RN Ihone Miller a young woman newly maried snce {sic} alhalloutide somewhat sickly but goeth abroad would knewe {sic} wheath^r shee be w^th Child as shee supposeth. Octob. 4. die ☿ ♄ {sic}. 3. 20. not well this quarter of this yere. 41. maried a twelfemonth.

shee came at that time that M^res Rowe sent to me. vid⁊ at 1. 38. mi. but I spake not w^th her vntill 3. 30.

RN M^res Blundell went w^th her Daughters water w^c was white as milke & very thick & muddy to have his opinion Octob. 6. die ♀ h. 11. 38. 1598. it hath Diverse colours & white & yallowe in the middle & stone in bottom

RN Rich Travell servant t|o|f W. Martin of L Linford. 20 yeres old sick this fortnight almost & did kepe his bed for it munday & tuesday cōplayneth of his belly & hart. very desyrous to Drink & yet not hot. Oc cam him selfe to me. Octob. 6. die ♀ h. 3. 9. post m. 1598.
