RN Iohn Risely of Rawnstyn 63|7|. {sic} 67. hath bene sick on weddensday last 6 weekes sound in body but bursten this 16 weekes. he was wont to be troubled w^th a wind Cholick. nowe last of l {sic} all w^th an issue on his navell eaten in an Inche deepe but nowe growen vp againe saving that it hath a litle hole in it w^c when they went to stoppe it put him in danger of death. sent his sonne to me he kepeth his bed nowe & then payned in his back & pricking & shooting in his navell {virs} an end. bleedeth every foote & wetteth a handkerchir. RN William Berde 54 yers old of Potters Perye. sick on weddensday last keepeth his bed vp & downe can not rest. sent to me his sonne 26 of March die ☾ h. 8. 30. mi. ant m. 1599. sick at hart & stomack ill. very hot. a great stitch & cough & reaneth mutch fleune {sic}.

RN Iane Bachouse of Hansloppe 7 yeres old. sick this twelfmoneth. cōplayneth in her bodye aches in her lims. pined away. speaketh very hartely & eateth her meate well. hath a great laske for this 2 moneths Marche 12 die ☾ h. 8. 56. ant m. cōplayneth of her hart & brest 1599. her lims will hardly beare her.

RN Ione Chivoll of Woulson for her stomacke & the chest cannot eate well. 67. t{rea}teth wind mutch taketh nothing but breade. sad heavy and vncōfortable. her water of a good Colour. but had a black sediment of melancholy. Maij 2. die ☿ h. 8. ant: m. 1599.

RN Goody Reede of Broughton 63. yeres old sick very extreme sick on satterday last leekely to have dien being the 7. of octob. & then recovered again & fell sick agayne vppon tuesday after. being the 10 of Octob. sent to me vppon thursday being the 12 of octob. it taketh all above the gyrdell first in the shoulders to the brest & so to the hart her sydes wher it so lyeth as that on may tak out thenc as shee thinketh 1598. h die ♃ h. 8. 30. mi. 1598.

RN Christian Cooke of 11 y old. taken w^th a swelling in her knee & so ascendeth to her harte & to her armes w^th a pricking as it were needles.
