RN Raynold Davyes of the glover of Stonystratford sent his boy w^th his water keepeth his bed most of all but sometimes riseth vppon the 11 of novemb^r it took him first, but was very ill handled w^th it vppon die ☉ sent his boy to me for my consell this 16 of novemb die ♃ h. 8. ant m. 1598 he thincketh he took it w^th a bruise he took w^th the caring of hides a yere since. 40 yeres old.

RN Ione Chivoll of Woulson for her stomacke & the chest cannot eate well. 67. t{rea}teth wind mutch taketh nothing but breade. sad heavy and vncōfortable. her water of a good Colour. but had a black sediment of melancholy. Maij 2. die ☿ h. 8. ant: m. 1599.

RN Katheron Dudly of Woulson 53. for the paine in her belly taketh it to be the Cholick. if shee cast shee is well. & doe w^th all avoyd wind. came to me againe for my counsell 27 of Marche die ♂ h. 8. ant m. 1599.

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnsen very sick last night & vexed w^th the wind cholick but some what mended the elect of ros wrought the other wrought not at all enquireth wheathr {sic} he {s}ha{ll} live. 21 of Decēb. die ♃. h. 8. 9. 1598

RN An Samon of Betchington Mill. 43. sick ever sinc tuesday was sennet. sent by her husband this 19 of Aprill die ♃. h. 8. 12. mi ant m: 1599. cōplayneth of her stomack thenc goeth into her teethe. & so into her hed. her youngest Child. halfe a ye{re} old.

RN Alce Buttoll of Gothurst 34|3|. m^r Moulsos servant & cooke. this 10 yeres serv. did vomite about a 12 moneth a great deale of blood but never sinc nowe a great paine m {sic} about her harte & backe Apr 25. die ☿ h. 8. 9. m. ant m 1599

RN M^r Farindon sent to me for my Counsell for his passion of his hart. very s {sic} vsuall & easely cured w^th every small sturring & continueth w^th him 3 dayes. & for the Correcting of the spleene w^ch is supposed by the docters to be the cause therof. becaus he feeleth him selfe not well in the spleen sent his letter. may the 8. die ♂ h. 7. 50 8. ant m. 1599.

RN Thomas Spencer of Cosgrave 39 y. a payne in his back & a stitch in his syde for this 5 weekes that he can scarce styrre him in his bead. Sept. 14 die ♀ h. 8. ant m 1599.

RN William Iames of Castle Ashbee. 60|2| y. sept 24 die ☾ h. 8 ant m. 1599 for a payne in huckbone & knee shooting into his share. hath continueth on him this yere & feeleth it most after he hath worked on it a red coloured man.

RN Iohn Hoppers moth^r sent for her sonne sine filij consensu die Ian. 9. die ☿ h. 8. ant m. 1600 frō his left syde cōmeth to his harte & mutch payned in his heade.
