RN Loode Nichols of Stony stratford of 3 yeres come maudlingtyde can make no water. gave great skyking & looketh very pale & white & eateth greadily. Did vomit but that stayed. the belly full of blisters. f{illeg} father sent to me this 8 of may die ♂ h. 5. 55. p m. 1599.

RN Goody Greenes water of haversham brought to me 24 of may h. 6. 38. m p m. 1599 by Goody Hopkins shee hath a quotidian ague. & shivereth & shaketh wonderfully w^th it & loketh very pale w^th it & yet her wat^r very red.
