It is pyned & cōsumed belly hard & voydeth wormes living 6. wasteth in the body. was nurced by goody Keburne. goody Keburne came into another nurces house & would needes suckle it, wheath^r the nurce would or no & sinc mutch amys & it swounded twice to day belly very hard flesh quite wasted was not well tended by goody Keburne face swelled buttocke black & blewe. cānot stand vppon the lyms the child p^rsent w^th goody Alton of Moulsoe it did batle well vnder this nurce vntill goody Keburne her former nurce would suckle it force tooke some surfet.

RN Thomas Asburnour of Stonystratford 12 months {illeg} s {sic} old six weekes before shrovetyde on sonday monday about 10 \7/ ant m. 162 but came to me may {24} ☾ h. 4. p m. 1624 it casteth every d{ay} after sucking /pyned.\
