RN Rich Kerby Miller of Newport 60 \56/ yeres old. long & grevously sick {filiu}s  patre \{servus}  Domino/ cū euꝯ {sic} consensu it hath held this 4 yeres by fits but this quarter of this yere held him sorely & keepeth home some days his bed in his fit & then abroad. a payne in his hart w^th a sighing black coloured very fat of his face but w^th this sicknes shrunk in his bodye & legs. RN Robart West of Haversham for a payne in his loynes & hips & right leg & toes ever since Sunday last at evening at 4 a clocke & hath had a winde cholicke ever since he was a batcheler & his wife also ever sinc a meaden hath bene troubled w^th a gnawing in her body. 56 yeres old. came frō Sherington.
