RN Goodmā|dy| Nueman of Brodwell. of 45 yeres of age found mutch ease by y^t w^c phisick w^c was given her & wrought vpward & downeward w^th her & shee was very prety well after it for 2 or 3 days. &|b|ut st the thirde day after it tooke her agayne & she is mutch troubled w^th the winde cholick & w^th a hot & drye stomacke. & sent her daugh{t}{er} agayne to me. RN M^res Rowe came to Newport & sent Goodmā Cowly of Newport to request me to come vnto her for shee hath a sore legs exceedingly swollen & nothing broken out they glister. Octob. 9. die {☾} h. 11. 30.¹

Novemb. 13 die ☾. h. 12. 6. mi 1598. shee was so weak shee could not come but sent her servant mead it ariseth from her hart vpward to her throot ready to stop her winde

RN Ihon Phylip at Bletlhy {sic} 42. yeres a married man sick th but this weeke sick very mutch in his body. made his will yesterday sent him self this 3 of Decēb. die ☉ h. 2. 1598. he hath not gone to ground never sinc he sickned

RN Iohn Phylip sick ever sinc thursday being the 30 of Decēb \novemb/ sent to me agayne the 4 of Decemb sick very greevously in his hart & body he is swelled in his body from the belly vnto his hart. he is Costive & so hath cōtinued ever sinc thursday last & is very exceeding ill & weeke. Decēber. 4. \die ☾./ h: 9. 15. ant m. 1598 his hart \is good/ & his tonge talketh cheerf but his body swelled.

RN Alce Crowly troubled w^th the ague ever sinc Layten feyre. about 40. every third day keepeth her bed & shaketh sent for a remedye. the 19 of feb. die ☾ h. 11. 1599.
