RN Edward Vuedale the sonne of Iohn Vuedale & Agnes Croutch was borne 1586 the 18 of Septemb being sonday in the mornng betwixt 3 & 4. at 3. 45 min: he is mutch troubled w^th a bunch swelling in the neck & subiect to mutch breaking out & sores legs & neck specially that it hath bene lanced. a small leane childe w^c batteleth not.

RN Will: Lovely at the sane {sic} tine {sic} 60 yeres cannot sleepe swelleth in his side at hart & brest

RN Elisabeth web. of Gothurst 47. for a swelling in her legs & armes. not had her courses well. this 8 yeres
