RN Old Goody Farnell of Lowton very sick on Easter munday was abroad in the thunder & mad w^c shee could could {sic} not abide to heare & made great hast homeward & tooke greate heate & after colde. sent to me this this {sic} 30 of Ap. die ☾ h. 7. 1599. ant m.

RN Will: Boughton of Paulus Pery: 4 yeres old or therabout. sicke ever sinc lent. tooke it first w^th a shivering & after burned mutch. nowe hathe Cough. last sunday was neere dead. may the 10 die ♃ h. 8. ant m. 1599.

RN Mary Anslowe of Newport 15 yeres old. M^r Mathewe Anslowes Daughter troubled w^th an ague hot & cold it taketh her every other day. & it holdeth her halfe a daye & taketh her in her bed. co every day onc to ground but it is hard ever sinc friday was fortnight. 27 of March. die ♂ h. 10. 15. m ant m: 1599. troubled mutch with fleume.

RN Thomas Leedes hath a great payne greeping his guts doubteth he tooke it w^th a fall on his ribbes. came to me for my Comsell {sic}. 75. maye the 10. die ♃ h 10. 12. ant m. 1599 cold in the morning but very hot after noone./

RN {Ag}nes German of Shenly {illeg} amisse this 6 or 7 yeres. {illeg} hart & scalding in the {illeg} a great cold first & then {a grea}t heate in her stomack {illeg} Drinking. Apr. 24 die ♂ h. 11. 30. ant m. 1599.

RN Itm’ Agnis Moore her mother very sick & cōplayneth of her hed belly & back 44: sicke this sennet. May this 7. die ☾ h. 3. 45 p m. 1599. fits of heate & cold. sometimes pale somettimes {sic} p h {sic} red coloured

RN Goodman \Iohn./ Parret of Castletroppe of {illeg} {sic} 56. keepeth his bed the 24 of may die ♃. h. {sic} leek an ague fit. cold. after hot about his. very thirstye h. 6. 30 ant m. 1599.

RN Oliver Whiting of Bedford troubled w^th an ach in huckbone left side taketh it to be a sciatica. & thenc to his back & inside of his share came w^th a cold or a listing as he thincketh more hot & then cold. 60 yeres old. came him selfe the 28 of feb. die ☿ h. 10. 3 20|i5| ant m. 1599. RN G {sic} Ione Hatch of Simpson 53. payned in her hed & back & every where. & hath a great mist over her eyes. / sent to me for phisick was vp taketh her as an ague very Cold. & litle hot. Apr 27. die ♀ h. 3. ps m {sic}. 1599.
