RN Lewis Vppne 42. for {sic} in litle Brickwill. servant to Mr Fisher for an extreme payne about his navell yt so payneth him yt he can tak noe rest & four can scarc hold him down he casteth all vp & nothing will goe downward. very Costive & full of wind at the very navell. casteth vp his meate. Ap. 23. die ☾ h. 6. 15. p m. 1599. twice maried.
