RN Iohn Malins a yere & a quarter lacking a fortnight as it were pined in all her lims & bodye hed a poer bare creature. cannot sleepe not at any time in a moneth or fortnight but crye and Drinke mater adduxit se{cū} filiolā veretr ne sit maleficio vl veneficio afflictus. Decēb. 7. die ♃ hor. 3. 30. mi. 1598 very short winded.
