RN Iohn Phylip sick ever sinc thursday being the 30 of Decēb \novemb/ sent to me agayne the 4 of Decemb sick very greevously in his hart & body he is swelled in his body from the belly vnto his hart. he is Costive & so hath cōtinued ever sinc thursday last & is very exceeding ill & weeke. Decēber. 4. \die ☾./ h: 9. 15. ant m. 1598 his hart \is good/ & his tonge talketh cheerf but his body swelled.

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnstyn 63|7|. {sic} 67. hath bene sick on weddensday last 6 weekes sound in body but bursten this 16 weekes. he was wont to be troubled w^th a wind Cholick. nowe last of l {sic} all w^th an issue on his navell eaten in an Inche deepe but nowe growen vp againe saving that it hath a litle hole in it w^c when they went to stoppe it put him in danger of death. sent his sonne to me he kepeth his bed nowe & then payned in his back & pricking & shooting in his navell {virs} an end. bleedeth every foote & wetteth a handkerchir. RN Iohn Woulhed of Woulverton troubled w^th a stitch in his side sent for phisick for his chest of w^c he greatly cōplayneth. Aug. 30. die ☿ h. 7. 33. 1598. 20 yeres old.

RN Ashbur. 1598. maij 26. die ♀ h. 11. 15. he hath a burning about the hart & a hot burng {sic} in his heade & a peane in his backe.

RN William Tomson of 12 yeres on a friday a moneth afore Miklemas quærit valde ægrotat ventre. 6 of novemb. it tooke him on 2 of novemb. die ♃ in the morning. he it cometh & taketh him by fits & & {sic} ariseth vp in his stomack he could not take his meate. but would vomit vp but y^t is stayd & troubleth his hed but most his belly burneth wonderfully cannot eate. RN Mathewe Windmill 30 yeres of age sick this two yeres in liver & milt & hart well by day working but ill always every night lieth hevy hevy {sic} in his chest y^t he cannot sleepe nor tak his rest agaynst weath^r and when he eateth flesh & porrage it heaveth vp his chest. vp from his chest to his harte. it lieth in his the pit of his stomack as if his hart & milte were broken as he him selfe thincketh it payneth him intolerable very cold never better thē when he is working cōplyneth most of chest & harte Novemb. 12 die ☉ at h. 7. 50. mi. 1598. at the first cōming he had a flushing in his hed w^t a gydines but never since
