Mr Adrian sicke wth his physicke on monday last and tooke none since he sleepes not well, is growen weake and his waxen kernells remayne. / my Lady thinkꝭ that if he continue so it will bring him to a consumption She desyres to have some course for mr willm Fortescue 10 y. wch hath also an Itche. Desyres to be satisfyed how this Itche comes whether by overheating the bloud wth violent exercise. & whether they shall continue the rest of the physike.

this Day cōplayneth of a sournes rising out of her stomake supposeth yt a vomyt would doe her good yet dare not to adventur it by reason of her weaknes & scowring. wch we dare not to stay seing the goodnes of it yet fyndeth no aptnes to cast but a soure belching
