RN Mary Nuby 28 of Grafton Lodge. for a rising at her stomack. her legs. Double vnd^r her faynt & feeble & pineth in her body & yet can earte {sic} had not her termes never sinc her sicknes almost for a yere. Ap. 25 die ☿ h 5. 30. p m. 1599 |cannot sleepe troubled w^th a great cough at night.|

RN Mary wren of Hanslop payned in her h belly & backe. feareth lest shee be w^th Childe. hath not had her termes not sinc the last Childe very faynte & feeble. maij 2. die {illeg}|☿| h. 2. 45. mi. p m. 1599.

RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell.
