RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. RN William Berde 54 yers old of Potters Perye. sick on weddensday last keepeth his bed vp & downe can not rest. sent to me his sonne 26 of March die ☾ h. 8. 30. mi. ant m. 1599. sick at hart & stomack ill. very hot. a great stitch & cough & reaneth mutch fleune {sic}.

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnstyn 63|7|. {sic} 67. hath bene sick on weddensday last 6 weekes sound in body but bursten this 16 weekes. he was wont to be troubled w^th a wind Cholick. nowe last of l {sic} all w^th an issue on his navell eaten in an Inche deepe but nowe growen vp againe saving that it hath a litle hole in it w^c when they went to stoppe it put him in danger of death. sent his sonne to me he kepeth his bed nowe & then payned in his back & pricking & shooting in his navell {virs} an end. bleedeth every foote & wetteth a handkerchir. RN Mr Turveys \of Wicken/ vomyt gave him eight reasonable grat vomits. his purge gave him 6 stooles on vomyt & aftr his vomyt some 3 stooles more more bound after his physick hath bene let blood. & it was very blue full of melancholy blood sinc his letting blood his wynd collicke \in his/ backe & syde mutch eased. & nowe cōplayneth as before w^th a rūning humour in his feete & desyres when tyme shall serve to blede them.

RN Iohn D{ore} of leanden sent his water & would have had a dyet drink & somewhat for the Iaunddish ptysick and Dropsy. & I woud send him none Aug 18 ☾ h. 8 {illeg} ant m 1617.
