RN mres Child of Puddington novemb 29 ♃ 26 y ♃ hor 12. 15 p m 1604. /cānot goe nor move but as shee is light\

the child y^t shee had is now very sicke./ about 15 weekes old./

with a skreking & very red w^th it.

RN Robart Huets sone of Hamerton sick & mended but lame of on syde & hath bene for two yeres his father fell out w^th on Ione Adams & he is thought to be the worse for her. Iune 10 10 ♀ h. 9. 15 ant m. 1614. two yeres ill & goeth w^th crutches

RN Iames Greenewood of water eaton Doct^r Sparkꝭ tennet {sic} 50 yeres old. complayneth of his of h an old dysease of his harte now well & lusty but not long sinc almost ded in it. troubled w^th a stitch on his right side & cometh over his hart ready to swounde. very cold w^th it. of a high colour. stuffed in his Chest y^t he can scarce tak his winde quærit Decēbr. 2. die ♄. h. 10. 15. mi. 1598. his hart trembleth muday {sic} last sick lame.

RN fell sick on satt last betwixt 11 & 12. & is sorely payned & cānot hath no vse of his lims & cānot styr him selfe & swoundeth often

RN Mres Vines took her sicknes at Piddington 30 of maye die ♂ h. betwixt 9. & 10 walking at night in her orcharde. & it tooke away her speache & brought a palsy in her side & armes. shee had no vse of her lims. 1598. die ♂ h. 9. 30 mi. p m maij 30. 1598.¹

RN cōpl on monday morning about 8 & was very sick. & did cast & is full of payne & ach all over & cā not stand nor lye nor rest is in sutch payne & casteth all y^t he taketh

RN M^r Will: Co{l|e|}lles Colles of Parke berrye of 58 troubled sick this i6 yeres & hath had the Counsell of the most exte phisitions troubled w^th a windy cause as he sayth cōming from his backe by a great heate & obstruction from my liver. also w^th a bad stomacke elevating winde into my hed. w^ch causeth gydines or streming in my head w^ch cometh as he thinketh by the ascending vp of bad & melancholy humours & w^th a shaking in my left hand mightely as it were the palsye but always very hotte. nowe of late w^th the brevity of wind in my stomacke & chest & lately w^th a mūmnes {sic} & tinckling in my hands. lips & sydes & face. this 15 of may. die ♂ h. 4. 45. p m. 1599.
