RN Susan Blundell had a fit about 1 post m. in my howse her moth^r demaundeth the cause therof & about that time it taketh her in the day time. & about 6 a clock at night. Aug. 20 die ☉ h 1. p m. 1598.

RN Thomas Darby of Woulverton servant to Will Sandye|on| of 17|8| yeres enquireth for his ser disease. his master enquireth for him w^th out his consent Aug. 26 die ♄ h. 10. 30 mi {sic} he is very sick 11. 15.

RN Elisabeth Knight \of Olnye/ the daughter of will: Knight 14 yeres old at w a fortnight afore whitsontide wheeseth & ratleth in her chest & it gathereth more & more to her hart shee hath had it ever sinc shee was borne but troubled w^th it more this moneth then ever before. 6 of Octob. die ♀ ♄ {sic}. 10. 15. m. 1598.

RN Harry Goodin taken lame in his left leg not swollen he cannot styrre his right side. in his leg & huck bone he layd in the fild Downe & being hote tooke a colde. this day or monday was sennet 17 d 16 last Christmas eve. 1598. pater  filio et filius oravit patrē. vt me consulet  morbo. Octob. 29 die ☉ h. 1. 1598. it took him in the fild as if it were prickt with nales. he cryeth out whē it is touched.

RN Agnes Parson of Broughton \a childe/ 11 yeres on good friday last an ho 2 houres afore son hath bene sick this yere Novemb. 1. die ☿ h. 12. 15 1598. /this child is leane & spleneticke.\

RN William Tomson of 12 yeres on a friday a moneth afore Miklemas quærit valde ægrotat ventre. 6 of novemb. it tooke him on 2 of novemb. die ♃ in the morning. he it cometh & taketh him by fits & & {sic} ariseth vp in his stomack he could not take his meate. but would vomit vp but y^t is stayd & troubleth his hed but most his belly burneth wonderfully cannot eate. RN Hugh Tomson  filio williā qui graviter ægrotat who he supposeth to be taken or planet stroken because he is so sorely handled w^th it in his chest & syde and & {sic} cannot to ground & \nor/ make water. he could not sleepe all this last night. Novēber. the 9 die ♃ h. 6 9 ant m. 1598.
