RN Mr Barker \of great Horwood/ the cter sent a letter opening his maladyes may 2. h {sic} hor. 6. 25. ant m 1618. a stopping of cold & tough flegme yt hath bene long a contracting in ye stomach. a great cough & reareth mutch & the hed wth senc & feeling went almost in two no great appetite to eate. save liquids & these the thinner & sharper
