RN Elisabeth Sandons the daught^r of Iohn Sandon ded & deted & moth^r. her vnkle came for her at Woulverton 9 yeres old amisse this fortnight they suppose it to have bene an ague. very sleepy & Drowsy. cōplayneth of her hed & belly. Novemb. 17. die ♀ h. 10. 15. mi. 1598.

RN Iohn Cozens troubled w^th a shaking & sometimes burning after the shaking ague cōplayneth most of hed. & a litle his belly on day well anothr {sic} ill. feb 25. die ☉. h. 7. 30. 1599.

RN Itm’ Agnis Moore her mother very sick & cōplayneth of her hed belly & back 44: sicke this sennet. May this 7. die ☾ h. 3. 45 p m. 1599. fits of heate & cold. sometimes pale somettimes {sic} p h {sic} red coloured

RN Will: Pipkin 6 yeres old at Miklemas payned in the back & neck & head & belly & legs quærit causā eius remediū refuseth his meate Aug 30. die ☿ h. p m. 5. 7. m.

RN Rich Kerby Miller of Newport 60 \56/ yeres old. long & grevously sick {filiu}s  patre \{servus}  Domino/ cū euꝯ {sic} consensu it hath held this 4 yeres by fits but this quarter of this yere held him sorely & keepeth home some days his bed in his fit & then abroad. a payne in his hart w^th a sighing black coloured very fat of his face but w^th this sicknes shrunk in his bodye & legs. M^r yarrow for him novemb. {sic} 1 Decēb. die ♀ h. 10. 15. 1598¹

RN Sara Moore of Venny stratford dwelt in newport w^th m on Cromwell hath had a great cough. short winded & sweateth. hath had the cough a great while. of 11 yeres old. may the 7 die ☾ h. 3. 15. p m. 1599. shee scoureth mutch. in her hed & belly.

RN Alce Bunts of hanslop. 23 yeres. a white thick muddish water. lyieth in her hed & b belly. her flesh is wasted away & {illeg}|b|urneth exceedingly. sick this moneth keepeth her bed. sore everywhere. March 12 the die ☾ h. 11 18. 1598.

RN William Tomson of 12 yeres on a friday a moneth afore Miklemas quærit valde ægrotat ventre. 6 of novemb. it tooke him on 2 of novemb. die ♃ in the morning. he it cometh & taketh him by fits & & {sic} ariseth vp in his stomack he could not take his meate. but would vomit vp but y^t is stayd & troubleth his hed but most his belly burneth wonderfully cannot eate. RN Richard Foster of Dunsainger 48 yeres. Ian. 8 die ♂ h 11. ant m. 1600. it rūneth leeke a bloode vp into his ioyntꝭ into his armes & belly w^th a pricking & into his head & then his eyes runne & in the raines of his backe & out of his yarde matter white rūneth. the rūning of the reanes.
