he writeth to know mye opinion & iudgment touching his kinswomā.

desyrous to have her brought over to me.

her stomack worse sleepeth litle. is sometyms vppon a sudden tormented w^th sweat & then p^rsently cold. her mynd is to come over vnto me./

RN Mres Dorothy Latymer. 25 y may 10 ♃ h. 4. 40 p m 1632 |An extreme cold over all her body cānot sleepe|

& my opinion touching his bewitched child by 2 witches/

RN The Countes of Westmrland {sic} sent to me to come to her Daughter in lawe y^t lyeth in cānot sleepe full of rhue {sic} & convulsions Iune 23 y I {sic} h {sic} hor. 11. 30 p m ant m 1632. /newly brought a bed\¹

RN Annys Anne |a poor wench| /13 y\ of Southwick in Northāptonsheere by Owndall |M^r Lynn Esquire wrote in her behalfe| It tooke her 16. Ian 16 fell into her fits of convulsions swonding fits w^th quaking & trēbling Ian 30. ♃ h. 11 ant m 1634 taketh away her speach swoundeth convuls¹

RN Thomas Newell of Sheringhton 8 yeres old. quærit causā eius deo favente remed. Sept. 18. die ☾. h. 9 3. 1598. sweld in his legs & anckels and stomack & cannot sleepe./

RN Hugh Tomson  filio williā qui graviter ægrotat who he supposeth to be taken or planet stroken because he is so sorely handled w^th it in his chest & syde and & {sic} cannot to ground & \nor/ make water. he could not sleepe all this last night. Novēber. the 9 die ♃ h. 6 9 ant m. 1598.

RN Iohn Malins a yere & a quarter lacking a fortnight as it were pined in all her lims & bodye hed a poer bare creature. cannot sleepe not at any time in a moneth or fortnight but crye and Drinke mater adduxit se{cū} filiolā veret^r ne sit maleficio v^l veneficio afflictus. Decēb. 7. die ♃ hor. 3. 30. mi. 1598 very short winded.

GJ M^r Adrian Fortescue and m^rs Mary Fortescue have taken thrice of their physicke and wrought well w^th them, the gentlewoman sicke the first taking, and well since, her stomack better, but her head as it was

M^r Adrian sicke w^th his physicke on monday last and tooke none since he sleepes not well, is growen weake and his waxen kernells remayne. / my Lady thinkꝭ that if he continue so it will bring him to a consumption She desyres to have some course for m^r willm Fortescue 10 y. w^ch hath also an Itche. Desyres to be satisfyed how this Itche comes whether by overheating the bloud w^th violent exercise. & whether they shall continue the rest of the physike.
